My classic SamplePlayer converted to run under D6 and D7. Play multiple sounds stored as SND resources in files. Adjust many attributes such as pan,speed, start and end points.

Playthrough 0.9c

This allows you to turn on/off and set the volumes of the playthrough that is controlled from the Sound control panel.

FFT 0.9a

This fat binary ( 68k and PowerMac ) xtra takes a sample from the microphone input and converts it into frequency bands. It is centred around speech freqencies. Features and facilities are limited at the moment - but I will extend if there is interest, email me your requests. Antoine Schmitt has a much better FFT, download from www.fdn.fr/~aschmitt/index.html and then click on technique.

Midi 0.9d

Allows simple access to the Quicktime midi instruments and allows notes to be played and an instrument selected. Version b allows the instrument to be selected via lingo. Version 'd' - Added messages to select the instrument by name, also to use controllers. eg Pitch bend

GetInfoFromAIFF

Returns the info from an AIFF sound file. Length,channels,sample rate etc.
