Download/How to purchase

You must "try before you buy" this Xtra. It is impossible to test on all configurations of computers and installed software, therefore it is the puchasers responsibility to ascertain that the Xtra works to thier requirements. You can download the Xtra by clicking on the "demo" button below for the platform you require. Once you have the Xtra you will require a license - see Request authoring or demo license

License details

You can only obtain an authoring license at the moment.

Types of License

Authoring: Allows the user to develop movies and use the xtra within the Director environment. All downloaded xtras have this type of license.

Demo: This license is available on request. It grants the requester rights to use the xtra in authoring and projector modes for 30 days. It is a compiled code non-exclusive license. Not to be used in mission critical or medical applications. Consecutive licenses will NOT be issued, although multiple may be requested. 30 day license - can be used in a projector.

Full: This license is available on payment of license fee. It grants the requester rights to use the xtra in authoring and distribute within a projector with no time limit. It is a compiled code non-exclusive license.

Never to be used in mission critical or medical applications.

Conditions of use

In this document Xtra refers to this Xtra, and me refers to Geoff Smith. All rights to the XObject/Xtra are retained by me. The XObject may be used in any MacroMedia Director document for personal use and given to your friends. All documentation must be included when passing on the XObject/Xtra. Unless licensed you may NOT do the following ·distribute for profit without prior permission. ·distribute for profit within a Director presentation without prior permission ·distribute by CD-ROM without prior permission. ·distribute as part of a collection without prior permission ·be used in a public presentation without prior permission.Financial liabilty for this product is limited to the purchase price or $1, whichever is greater.
All legal proceeding must be carried out under the auspices of the court of Santa Clara, California, USA. These conditions may be modified at any time. Please refer to the physicalbits website for the latest conditions.
